About disco king Richie Weeks who’s big body of work has remained obscure and unreleased to this day due to rights issues.
Weeks’ stayed unknown for decades, working in a post office to make ends meet. After shifts he’d spend his time recording funk and disco until sunrise. Now that rights issues are being resolved more and more of Richie Weeks’ material is coming out and is ready for us to get our boogies down to.
